Cannot log in to web animator.

Can you let me know where I can retrieve my user name and password for re-installing web animator I can no longer get into the software.

Hello Mark,

During the unlock procedure you ned to enter your name, the email used for the first installation and the licence key.

There's no need for username and password to unlock it.
