Flash Actions

Hello,
I am still a Flash programmer.
Flash is still a great tool for making animations to later be converted to .mp4 videos.

And there are tricky little ways to make them semi-interactive as well.

But here on webanimator, I am unable to understand "Flash" lookalike actions.
Take buttons for instancce!
I need indepth info on how to make a button "gotoAndStop"
"gotoAndPlay"
Where is the interface that gives us timeline choices?

yes Flash was a good application, I did a lot with Flash before, but the web animator can also implement a lot of it. Have a look here: http://www.beikuki.de/Tutorial/ my tutorials. There you will find the basics of how to make buttons, for example, and a lot more.

Hello Oskar.
Back to the buttons issue.
Being a Flash programmer, naturally I want buttons to have great functionality.
But here in Webanimator I am suffering great limitations.
Perhaps you can show me exactly where on you site to go.
I tried the URL you gave but it took me to a confusing generalized
group of assorted material. I didn't see a category "Buttons"

Ok here goes;
The button interface, as is , will not allow me to copy buttons constructed in a file
and paste them into another file.
What a mess if you care to try this. The hover is never in the same place, and the text
is scrambled, out of line, and in one case caused the whole app to crash.
I had to resort ot creating my own button with compound scenes.
Addmittedly, I am still new here. I don't quite understand the time line layout too well yet either. I can't make invisible/blank sections in the timeline. Maybe is it is not designed for that.
Getting the informaion is extremely slow in this " piece meal" forum interface.
In one Skype session I could get a years worth on information compared to here.
Buttons, at least they work pretty in standard mode.
