As a registered user I have upgraded from version WebAnimator Plus 2 Plus to WebAnimator Plus 3.

Activating the program with the from CleverBridge received Productcode I get the following error: "The are no updateable licenses assigned to this email address".

I have used for both versions the same e-mail.
