So endlich gelöst:

Nach vielen Versuchen und Verzweiflung bin ich einfach auf der Idee gekommen dass es etwa mit dem log Datei sein muss.
Deshalb habe ich im WebAnimator Ordner das Log Datei gelöscht und habe es nochmals versucht und es hat direkt geklappt.

Jetzt kann ich endlich damit arbeiten.
