Export to GIF

Can anyone else export to GIF (v3) or do I still have compatibility issues with something??
(my animation is very simple - I followed the first youtube tutorial)

Whilst I have overcome WA3 crashing. it appears yet some other app is conflicting and will not allow the generation of GIF files on my primary PC. Fortunately I can live without this feature and if I must, generate the gif on a lesser PC. If I ever isolate the culprit causing the conflict, I will advise.
