Cannot activate version 3....

As a registered user I have upgraded from version WebAnimator Plus 2 Plus to WebAnimator Plus 3.
Activating the program with the code I get the following error: "The are no updateable licenses assigned to this email address".
Please see attached file.
I have used for both versions the same e-mail.
