WebAnimator plus 3 not run

Hello
Yesterday I bought an update to the new version of Webanimator 3.0.
I updated from version 2.3.9.
The installation went smoothly but the program can not be started.
The displayed message is attached. I am asking for service help in solving this problem. Regards,. Leszek Ch.

Hello Leszek Chmioelewski,
Try reinstall the software and disable the antivirus and firewall and start the software as administrator.

The program version 3.01 was uninstalled first. Then, as recommended, I turned off the firewall and antivirus (Eset Smart Security package).
The reinstallation ended with the same effect as before.
I still need help

Hello Leszek Chmioelewski,
Try reinstall the software and delete the old intallation folder in programms and in : C:\Users\yourwindows username\AppData\Local\soft-evolution

Then reinstall the c++:

2015 - https://www.microsoft.com/it-it/downloa ... x?id=48145

and install the Webanimator.

OKAY. The last installation went correctly.The program can be run but unfortunately rejects the activation attempt. Displays the message "there are no updateable licenses assigned to this email address"By the way - at forum.webanimator.com I created an account with an error in the name and it can not be improved.My name is Leszek Chmielewski.Help is still needed :-)

Please open Task Manager and click on the startup tab.
If you can find a program called ControlCenter Launcher, please disable it and restart your PC, the problem should not re-appear.
