Hello,

I purchased Web Animator around 2 years ago after installing win 10 i lost the software.
Tried to locate the email to activate the software and I am unable to do so.

Can you please send me the original email to install and activate web animator.

The email addresses used are below:

m.charles24@gmail.com
markcharles@hotmail.com.

I think it would be my Gmail account to look at first.

I am a registered user with Website X5 and a long-standing customer I re-registered with new credentials on web animator as
markcharles@outlook.ie
Username: Mark1

Purely because I could not find any way to send a post until I registered again with new credentials.

I would very grateful if you could resolve my problem as I want to start to use web-Animator again.

Dear Mark,

I've sent you again the email containing the licence key of WebAnimator Plus.

In case you need also the installation file you can download the trial version on http://www.webanimator.com and then proceed to unlock it with the licence key in the email.

I have just seen the post from Incomedia emailing me the activation link.
Unfortunately i cannot find the email dated 3rd Jan in your post.
Would you be kind enough to re-send it to me.
