Hello
There is some possibility of exporting to gif but with transparency, I have a simple project with a single image .png with transparency, when exporting the gif does not export transparency, when exporting html5 or formatted for WebSite X5 the transparency is fine. My version is WebAnimator Plus 2.3.6
Please solve this problem.
Tests:
Image in WebAnimator (simple)

Export with Low and High and in no case leaves the transparency.
Attached catch of 4 tests in WebSite X5:

1. Transparent file (white background) exported as .wax5
2. File with transparency (white background) exported as .gif
3. File with transparency (black background) exported as .wax5
4. File with transparency (black background) exported as .gif
