problem with export wax5 format

hello, i have problems with export wax5 format with an image file on webanimator 2.2 plus. When i use the file on website x5 12 pro, only shows a square on screen where the image must appear, please help me

Hello,
Maybe the problem can be solved by removing white spaces from the filename of the image.

Hello,
Same problem here. Just started my adventure with animotions. Created a sample one to see how it works but after inserting wax5 I only get a blank white square. When I export the same animation to gif everything's fine.

Of course I use 2.2.2 and x5 12.0.6.25
