The program Webanimator Plus Pro has problems in work

Hello Constantly crashes the program and simply refuses to work almost as soon as you try to add a new form, a picture, a stick figure. After these steps, the program hangs and close it it is possible only through the task manager I have purchased Plus license with the latest updates installed on a machine with parameters Windows 10 x64 CPU AMD 3,6 Ghz RAM 8 Gb

if you encounter problems with the program please send the log file to us. Please send the log file to
logs@webanimator.com. You can find the file at
C:\Users\[YOUR Windows User]\AppData\Local\soft-evolution\WebAnimator Plus\Logfile.txt
or at
C:\Users\[YOUR Windows User]\AppData\Local\soft-evolution\WebAnimator\Logfile.txt

Me too !
I just bought the program. I'm trying to see how it works.. but but it just keeps freezing
I've been trying to make a little rotation of a pic, and all I'm able to do is add the pic and once I choose the effect, and change the time.. it gets stucks.. not even able to save the proyect!
