WebAnimator - Forum

Hi all,

I have recently received an email to invite me to download and install a free 2.12 update to WebAnimator. However, I am having difficulty installing it as it is not the usual update type file I am used to. Windows asks which App to use to run the update file.

Can someone advise how to install the new update please?

It should be a normal executable file that can be run to install the version 2.1 over your existing installation.

Alternatively you can choose to download the file from here http://www.webanimator.com/en/index.php#purchase. Please choose the version depending on the license you own. You existing license should be recognized and used for the new version automatically.
