WebAnimator - Forum

Hi,
I have purchased WebAnimator and then the upgrade to the WebAnimatorPlus, I should have received an email to activate both licences. Neither email has been received and the WebAnimatorPlus is still in trial mode, when I check the Licence button it displays " there are no updateable licences assigned to this email address" Could you please help? Thank you.
