WebAnimator - Forum

Hello.

I've downloaded the trial version but it's impossible to use it.
The period is expired whereas I've never installed this software before.
I tried on other computers but there's the same problem.

How can I do to test Webanimator plus version ?

please locate the log file on your computer at

C:\Users\<YOUR WINDOWS USERNAME>\AppData\Local\soft-evolution\WebAnimator Plus\Logfile.txt

Please note that by default the directory "AppData" is hidden. Please change that in Windows' folder options.

Please send the log file to logs@webanimator.com

Hello.

In the folder there is no "Logfile.txt".
I only see two files : "config" and "userLiveAnimations".

I have the same problem. What was the solution ?
