One element won't show

Hello. I'm using 2.2.0 and created an animation with something 8 layers. All layers were created in Photoshop CS5.

When I preview the animation, everything looks great. But when I plug it into WebSite X5 Evolution 12, there's one layer that won't show up: a circle created by the 'shape' function in PS. I've tried rasterizing it, etc., but nothing changes. Any ideas?
