Downloading Template Collection 1 not possible

I've just made use of your promotion 'Let's celebrate with 40% OFF' and bought WAPlus together with Template Collection 1. However, downloading of the latter is not possible! The file disappears from my disk immediately after downloading. What is going on??

I'm not sure what might be causing such a problem. Maybe you can try to use a different web browser to download the file? Or you could try to execute the file directly instead of saving it to your disk.

Thanks for reply. Yes, finally I was able to download the file using another computer. And believe me, according to NIS, the first one was virus and malware free. Very strange...
