WebAnimator 4 Licence Key restore?

I bought the Webanimator4 program after about a year I changed the computer the motherboard the graphics card the memory processor I moved only the disk with all my programs website x5 pro and many others were also on this disk the program installed and activated webanimator 4 after changing the hardware the software expects me to enter the key product, the only problem is that I can't find it in e-mails anymore, I can't log in anywhere to recover it, does anyone have any idea how I could recover the key to webanimator 4 to website x5, just log in to the account and I have my license there, but it is not there for the webanimator, even though I bought it here on the website, please help
