Dear Developers
I have been using the since a few months.
And just like any other Customer here i have asked myself is this Sofware real worth the price?
Since a few weeks now after i found out that the HTML Animations created with are not responsive. one can only achieve Responsiveness only by exporting the Animations as Gifs.
Knowing this makes me consider the cost and the worth of this Sofware and i have come to the conclusion that is beeing sold as HTML Web Animation Software and not as a Gif Maker.
Hence i cannot export my animations as Responsive HTML5 Datas, i do think that this Software is obsolate since it does not satistfy the modern Website "must" a responsive Design. Since there is no update announcement regarding this issue, i am officially asking a reprensentive of the Developers to adress this issue!
To tell us if, when and how fast an update is scheduled to include this function.
IF NOT- then i am officially asking for a refund becuase without this function this is like a wasted money to me.
Noboy likes throwing his money out of the window for nothing.

Webanimator has the worst support I ever seen so far ......The developers have been informed about it and as soon as possible it will be solved but at the moment I am not able to tell you when this will happen.

Secondly, I also feel that you are a fraudster because what you people are doing is nothing but a rip-off.
I bought this software at the middle of October 2017
After designing my first animation and integrating it to my website, I found out that the animation realized with Web animator is not responsive. So since then, this software is useless and paying so much for something useless is like throwing that amount of money out of the window or losing it to fraudsters.
So now there is a newer version which is responsive and you people never informed us as you promised and I have to find it out and now you still want me to pay more for something that I have already paid for because you fixed the responsive issue and made some little additions.
I have waited so long and I have exercised patient enough so if I cannot upgrade to the new version with responsiveness then I want my money back and I will no longer wait and do nothing, so if I don't get a version of WA plus which I already bought and never used, which finally have the responsive issue fixed or I demand my money back and if not I will take this issue to all social networks to let people know that you people are liars and just rip-off your customers.
Normally any person who bought this software from 2017 supposes to get an upgrade with the responsiveness fixed because this was a huge set back to the product and you knew it and still you kept on selling this product without informing the people. You people lack transparency and you people are taking trusting customers for a ride and this should no longer be tolerated.
