Error Activating Computer Shopper Web Animator Go

I purchased a copy of Computer Shopper Magazine. Issue 367.

It was has a give away of Web Animator Go included in free software provided.

When trying to activate software using key provided by Web Animator website by link provided in magazine
using serial no xxxxxx I get "Invalid License Key" Message. Help!

Is serial no in wrong format?

Any help appreciated.
