Button "Template" in main menu

Post by malyaka »

Hi!
I installed the update to version 2.3.1
Button "Template" in main menu bar missed. Templates are not available.
How to solve this problem?
P.S. I received by mail a link to download the updated template (2.3.1). Unfortunately, the problem is not solved. In the main menu "Templates" button does not appear.

Hello,

It is correct that the template collections also need to be updated after an update of the main program. Maybe you only need to restart the program after the installation.

If that doesn't help, please send the log file to logs@webanimator.com. Depending on the product version you are using, you can find the file at

C:\Users\[YOUR Windows User]\AppData\Local\soft-evolution\WebAnimator Plus\Logfile.txt

or at

C:\Users\[YOUR Windows User]\AppData\Local\soft-evolution\WebAnimator\Logfile.txt

Please note that the directory "AppData" is by default hidden by Windows. In Windows Explorer you can choose the option to show hidden files and directories (View-> Options) or simply type the path into the address bar.

Thank you for your answer.
Restart the computer. Iinstalled 2.3.1, and then install the template 1 and 2 (2.3.1) in turn. Restart computer. All the same.
