Need help with installation

Greetings!

I downloaded the trial version of WebAnimator PLUS.

When I try installing, a blue ribbon shows across my screen, that reads:

"This app can't run on your PC
To find a version for your PC, check with the software publisher."

Are there different versions? Where can I find them? Anyone having this problem?

I am running Win 8.1, 64bit, on a Toshiba laptop, with plenty of RAM and HDD space...

Can you post a screenshot of the error message here? We'll then take a look on it.
