Es scheint als ob die Rechte in Windows dies nicht erlauben. Versuchen Sie bitte das Programm als Administrator mit der rechten Maustaste zu starten um zu shene ob es danach die Schreiberechte hat das Programm zu registrieren.

Avvia il programma e clicca sulla prima voce del menu in alto "Progetto". Li trovi la funzione per procedere a sbloccare il programma.
