upgrade 2.3.7

I have WA 2.3.6 and when I start WA and it says there is an upgrade to 2.3.7 I download the update and run it and when it completes I start WA and it is still on 2.3.6 and once again says here is update to 2.3.7
Any idea what is going wrong?
