I've a problem with opening URL from animation. It always starts new window. How can I open URL in same window?

My animation duration is less then 0.5 sek. Idea is to start the animation when it is visible on the screen. Timeline set to start lataer will not work in this case.

I've got problem to set the starting moment of my animation. When "Autostart" mode is set animation is done
on the page to soon. How to delay the moment of starting the animation until it's visible on the screen?
